It's That Time Again for Digging

It's that time of year again to start digging up the soil and planting our little garden. I'm putting these pictures on for a little eye incentive - hopefully it works. Will keep you posted of the progress...
The picture above is our first pick of tomatoes we planted last year. We planted three tomatoes plants and had way too many. Live and learn I say - this year we will plant one less and try squash or zucchini or watermelon. Beans were beautiful one day and eaten by the squirrels the next - so beans perhaps along the fence just for the eye candy so to speak.

May two years ago pictures

Ran across these pictures that were taken in May of 2009. My hair was redder, the children were smaller but we were still having fun as we always do together.

William - My Boy!

William and I have such great talks - however, when he is doing his homework I am to be patient and be quiet as he needs to study...

Madelyn Hambone

My Madelyn is such a delightful hambone...

More Madelyn

Yes, my little GrandGirl just loves to have her picture taken - she's such a hambone.

Madelyn - Piece of Work

My Madelyn. She's such a delight - such a little sweetheart with an attitude to boot. She's my girl - actually she calls herself my "GrandGirl."

William and Madelyn

A couple of pictures to show you how big (and always beautiful) my grandbabies are. They are so precious to me.

Snappin' In The Back Yard with Papa

We love easy going Sunday's when everyone gets involved with Sunday's dinner (unless we go out to eat which is fun too). This Sunday it was sit and snap afternoon in the backyard. This way everyone had their part in making Sunday's dinner a success. (Even if one of them turned into a greenbean walrus look-a-like). tsk tsk.

Wonderful Sarah

William and Madelyn are so lucky to have Sarah in their life. Sarah recently drew the children (B&W charcoal) and was kind enough to let me post this to share her wonderful, fantastic artwork with you. We love Sarah - she is a gift to us and we feel very fortunate. Thank you Sarah - we love you!
