Easter Sunday at MeMaw's

I'm sure just by the look of William's grin - his sister is behind me making a funny face. They crack each other up when it comes to picture taking time.

Madelyn's smile - she does not need any coaching what so ever - she has a ready smile for her MeMaw at any given time.

William is trying to be patient but as she can see - sister is in the background ready to add flair to the picture.

Birthday Party

Madelyn not letting her cake go to waste while Papa and William talk about the day.

Either William is looking at Madelyn blowing her birthday party horn or checking out his girlfriend Bonnie. When I asked him if Bonnie was his girlfriend he said, well, she is my friend and she is a girl but MeMaw I'm only 7 don't you think that's a little young to have a girlfriend?

I love our conversations!

William and a few of his 2nd grade classmates. They all got off to themselves to hear all about having a dog stories (I think).

Madelyn dressed in her swimsuit with a tutu - perfect outfit for a birthday party of William's classmate.

I figured since April is just about over and I have not had time to blog lately, downloading pictures that have been taken this month would at least be a start. Afterall isn't that a beginning?

Garden 2011

Well, what can I say except how pleased I am of my new garden and garden wall that Ed built me. Thanks to his buddy Jimmy and his trailer - stones were bought and placed, trips to Lowes for the soil and cow manure via trunk of my car - and man o man are the kids gonna loves this. Ed placed the little deer statues on top (they are Mother's deer and she would love knowing they have a beautiful sight to look over).

Planted: Tomatoes, bell peppers (green), halapeno peppers (hot), squash and onions. I love it!
